For programs utilizing public transportation, Da Nang Open Tour reserves the right to notify the Customer in advance of changes in departure times (if time permits) to comply with the requirements of the service providers. Da Nang Open Tour shall not be liable for compensation or legal responsibility for material or emotional damage resulting from the delayed departure times of public transport or delays caused by the passengers themselves. Da Nang Open Tour will only provide assistance to minimize the economic losses for the passengers.
