A. Tour Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Da Nang Open Tour

Da Nang Open Tour reserves the right to cancel a tour or agree on a rescheduled departure date in the following cases:

When a written notice is issued by local authorities to cease operations/stop receiving visitors at a time after Da Nang Open Tour has signed a contract with the customer. Immediately upon receiving the notice, Da Nang Open Tour is responsible for informing the customer as soon as possible to jointly agree on a suitable adjustment plan.
On the day of departure, if Da Nang Open Tour assesses that the weather conditions are extremely unsafe and pose high potential dangers and risks (e.g., natural disasters, flash floods, landslides, etc.), Da Nang Open Tour is responsible for informing the customer to adjust the plan accordingly, as well as providing support and creating all conditions to ensure the best interests of the customer.

In the above cases, if the customer wishes to cancel the tour, they will receive a 100% refund of the tour cost paid or have the tour postponed to a mutually agreed-upon subsequent departure date.

If Da Nang Open Tour is unable to fulfill the tour/service, Da Nang Open Tour must immediately inform the customer and refund the entire amount paid by the customer within 3 days from the time the tour/travel service cancellation is officially announced, either in cash or via bank transfer.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Regular Day Tours

Immediately after depositing or payment, or before 15 days of departure: 10% of the tour price cancellation fee.
Cancellation 10 days before the departure date: 50% of the tour price cancellation fee.
Cancellation 07 days before the departure date: 70% of the tour price cancellation fee.
Cancellation 05 days before the departure date: 100% of the tour price cancellation fee.
If the customer arrives late for the departure time, it will be considered a cancellation 5 days before the departure date.
Due to the nature of being a combined group of individual tourists, Da Nang Open Tour is responsible for accepting registrations until the group size is sufficient (10 adult guests or more) for the tour to proceed as scheduled. If the group size is under 10 guests, the company is responsible for informing the customer 3 days before the departure date and will either negotiate a new departure date or fully refund the entire deposited tour amount.
Trip cancellation must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.
The days for depositing, paying, canceling, and postponing the tour do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

Holiday/Tết Tours

Immediately after depositing or payment, or before 15 days of departure: 35% of the tour price cancellation fee.
Cancellation 10 days before the departure date: 50% of the tour price cancellation fee.
Cancellation 07 days before the departure date: 70% of the tour price cancellation fee.
Cancellation 05 days before the departure date: 100% of the tour price cancellation fee.
If the customer arrives late for the departure time, it will be considered a cancellation 5 days before the departure date.

B. Refund Method

Customers can receive the refund directly at the Da Nang Open Tour office at: Lot 39 Cao Lo, Man Thai, Son Tra, Da Nang, or the Company will transfer the amount to the Customer's requested bank account.

Before registering for a tour, Customers are kindly requested to carefully read the tour program, terms, and the tour price including and not including items in the program. In case the Customer does not register for the tour directly but through another person, the Customer is kindly requested to thoroughly understand the program from the person who registered on their behalf.
