I. TOUR BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCESS AT DA NANG OPEN TOUR

I. For Individual Tourists Joining Group Tours:

1. Direct Booking at DA NANG OPEN TOUR Office

  • Step 1: Choose the tour you wish to register for.

  • Step 2: Come to the Da Nang Open Tour office: Lot 39 Cao Lo, Man Thai, Son Tra, Da Nang.

  • Step 3: Deposit 50% of the total tour price. The remaining 50% will be collected by the tour guide on the bus on the day of departure. Upon receiving the deposit, the transaction staff will send you a tour service confirmation slip.

  • Step 4: Provide the full information (full name, year of birth, CCCD/ID card) of all participants to Da Nang Open Tour staff.

2. Online Booking via Phone

  • Step 1: After agreeing on the chosen services with Da Nang Open Tour's sales and customer service departments, we will proceed with the service booking and payment procedures, including the following steps: (Services: Tour, hotel, entrance tickets, transportation).

  • Step 2: Transfer a 50% deposit to the bank account:

    • Account Number: 1001000286509

    • Account Holder: CT TNHH MTV DV DL ĐÀ NẴNG OPEN TOUR

    • Bank: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam – Vietcombank – Da Nang Branch

    • Note:

      • When transferring, please clearly state the transfer details as follows: Full Name _ Phone Number _ Name of the Registered Tour

      • After transferring: Please notify the customer service staff or the company representative for confirmation. You will receive confirmation via Email or phone.

  • Step 3: Upon receiving the deposit, the accounting department will contact you to send a confirmation slip via email, Zalo, Facebook, etc. The remaining 50% will be collected by the tour guide on the bus on the day of departure.


II. For Group Tourists:

Method:

  • Step 1: Staff will deliver documents in person – Courier delivery – Scan or fax via email (for urgent or distant cases – original documents will be completed immediately afterward).

  • Step 2: You confirm – Sign the contract – Sign the collection slip – Sign the contract appendix (if any).

  • Step 3: Return 01 copy of the service contract to us, including: – Service contract 01 copy – Contract appendix (if any) 01 copy – Collection slip 01 copy.

  • Step 4: Please make payments according to the process stated in the contract.

    • Deposit (1st time, 2nd time,...): This is a mandatory condition. Without the deposit, the Service Ticket or Service Contract is invalid. The amount or number of deposits is specified in the contract.

For Group Tours:

  • 50% Deposit: On the contract signing date.

  • 30% Payment: 07 working days before the departure date.

  • Remaining 20% Payment: After contract liquidation.

  • If the contract signing date is less than 07 working days before the departure date: You are required to pay 80% of the contract value.

For Other Services: (Hotels, flight tickets, transportation,...)

  • 100% Payment upon contract signing!

Contract Liquidation:

  • For group tours: On the tour end date, Da Nang Open Tour Company will send you 02 copies of the Contract Liquidation form with the actual value (if there are any extra costs incurred during the tour). You confirm and send back 01 copy to Da Nang Open Tour and pay the remaining amount as per the contract. The contract will terminate upon completion of payment.


II. FOR CUSTOMERS PAYING ONLINE ON DANANGOPENTOUR.COM

If a customer cancels a tour ticket during Normal days or Holidays/Tết according to the above regulations, and they paid online, the customer will bear all bank fees for the tour ticket payment.

The refund will be processed by Da Nang Open Tour immediately after the bank confirms that the money has been credited to Da Nang Open Tour's account.


IV. CHILD POLICY

Domestic Market

  • Children under 1m tall: Free of charge for the tour price. Parents or accompanying relatives must cover all costs (meals, accommodation, sightseeing, if any) for the child themselves.

  • Children from 1m to 1.4m tall: 75% of the tour price. Two adults can only accompany one child under 5 years old; the second child onwards must purchase a ½ tour ticket. (Note: There seems to be an inconsistency in the original text, as 75% is typically a full-fare ticket for a child, not 1/2. We maintain the original pricing here.)

  • Children over 1.4m tall: 100% of the tour price. Standard is the same as an adult.


V. SPECIAL REQUESTS DURING THE TOUR

  • Customers with special requests must inform Da Nang Open Tour at the time of registration. Da Nang Open Tour will attempt to accommodate these requests within its capabilities but will not be responsible for any refusal of service by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent service providers.

  • Customers will have to pay additional costs for special requests in specific cases if they are met, depending on the quote provided by the logistics partners.


VI. ACCOMMODATION

  • Hotels are provided based on rooms with two single beds (TWIN) or one double bed (DBL), depending on the hotel's room configuration. A triple room (TRIPLE) will be arranged when necessary.

  • The hotel/service booked by Da Nang Open Tour for the tour programs is equivalent to the ticket price level chosen by the Customer when registering for the tour. If a change is necessary for any reason, the replacement hotel/service will be equivalent to the original standard and will be communicated to the Customer immediately before the departure date.


VII. TRANSPORTATION

  • The means of transport will vary depending on the specific tour program.

  • For programs using air-conditioned cars (16-45 seats), Da Nang Open Tour will arrange them according to the size of each group and provide service throughout the tour.

  • For programs using trains, planes, hydrofoils (public transport): In some programs, service providers may change departure times without prior notice. Da Nang Open Tour will inform customers of this change if time permits.

  • Da Nang Open Tour is not liable for compensation or legal responsibility for material or emotional damage caused by the delayed departure times of public transport or delays caused by the passengers themselves. Da Nang Open Tour will only assist in minimizing losses for the customer.


VIII. LUGGAGE

  • Luggage should be light and compact, with a tag including the name and contact phone number.

  • For programs using airline services, the free baggage allowance will be determined by the airlines.

  • Customers are responsible for their own luggage. Da Nang Open Tour is not responsible for the loss, damage, or any item belonging to the passenger throughout the trip.

  • In case of lost or misplaced luggage: Da Nang Open Tour will assist the passenger in contacting and reporting to the relevant departments to track down the lost or misplaced luggage. Compensation for lost or misplaced luggage will be subject to the regulations of the service providers or insurance units.


IX. RECEIVING INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOUR PROGRAM

Before registering, customers are requested to carefully read the program, costs, and the items included and not included in the program.

Customers can register and pay for the ticket in person or through a representative at Da Nang Open Tour offices. Da Nang Open Tour is only responsible for providing trip information to the customer who registers directly or to their representative. Da Nang Open Tour accepts no responsibility in cases where the representative fails to relay or relays inaccurate trip information to the customer.


X. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OTHER COMMITMENTS

On the Part of Da Nang Open Tour

  • Ensure all services are provided strictly according to the program.

  • Fully disseminate necessary information/regulations for domestic travel before the departure date.

On the Part of the Customer

  • Pay in full and on time.

  • Comply with the program and the Tour Guide throughout the trip.

  • Provide complete passports, photos, and other necessary documents for immigration procedures, in the correct class as required and when requested.

  • Comply with the regulations and laws of the countries/localities visited.

  • The customer must be responsible for paying all additional costs arising from any violation. Da Nang Open Tour is only responsible for assisting the customer in this case to minimize the damage.


Da Nang Open Tour reserves the right to change the itinerary, rearrange the order of sights, or cancel the tour at any time if Da Nang Open Tour deems it necessary for the convenience or safety of the customer, and will notify the Customer.

In the event of a dispute during the execution of the contract, the matter will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the case will be brought to court in accordance with current legal provisions. All related costs will be borne by the losing party./.
