Tour itinerary

Day 1: DA NANG ARRIVAL – TRANSFER TO HUE (L/D)

After arrive in Da Nang International Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transfer to the restaurant for lunch. Then transfer to Hue.

Visit Hai Van Pass and Lang Co beach on the way to Hue.

Check in hotel. Then free shopping at Dong Ba Market.

After your dinner at the restaurant, have free time shopping at night market.

Overnight in Hue.

Day 2: HUE CITY – HOI AN (B/L/D)

8am: pick up hotel and start to visit Visit the Khai Dinh tomb, a combination of eastern art and culture with western design.

Take boat trip visit Perfume River, then visit Hue imperial city – the palace of 13 Nguyen Kings with Ngo Mon Gate, Library, Thai Hoa palace, Nine Dynastic Urns. Leave the Citadel for Thien Mu pagoda, associated with culture and history of Hue.

Have a lunch at the restaurant then transfer to Hoi An. Check in hotel.

Afternoon: Walking to Hoi An ancient town visit the Japanese Bridge, Hoai River with lantern, Nguyen Hoang night market.

Enjoy your dinner at the restaurant.

Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 3: LANTERN MAKING TOUR - CAM THANH COCONUT JUNGLE VILLAGE - DA NANG CITY (B/L/D)

8:30am pick up at your hotel. Depart to the home of lantern craftsman. Here you will have a brief introduction into the history, shape and color of the lanterns, as well as the many stages of making them. You will learn how to practice hands-on through each stage of lantern making under the guidance of the enthusiastic craftsmen: from bending it into frame, cutting cloth, sticking and completing lanterns. You can make your own lantern and keep it as a souvenir

Then transfer to the Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle and have chance to rowing basket boats with the locals. You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest. You can get some loveable handmade souvenirs made from nipa palm leaves such as hats, watches, rings…

Enjoy your lunch at the village.

Afternoon transfer to Da Nang. Visit Marble Mountain, discover the stunning natural caves, the mysterious pagodas and enjoy the beautiful view from the top.

Next stop is Non Nuoc stone carving village located at the foot of Marble Mountains is a famous traditional village of Danang city for fine art stone engraving products.

Then drive along Hoang Sa-Truong Sa street to Son Tra peninsula, visit the Linh Ung pogada - the city sympol of peace.

Check in hotel in Da Nang.

Visit Han market, one of the city’s major traditional markets. Walk over the Dragon Bridge, the Guinness World Record ‘largest steel Dragon’, for a river view and to see the riverside carp-dragon statue.

Enjoy your dinner at the restaurant. Free shopping at night market.

Transfer back to your hotel.

Overnight in Da Nang.

Day 4: DA NANG - BA NA HILLS - DA NANG (B/L/D)

08h30: Pick you up from your hotel for the journey to Ba Na Hills. Then check in at the Suoi Mo Cable car Station. You will admire the heights from the most modern cable car system in Southeast Asia. Enjoy the funicular railway, visit Golden Bridge, Linh Ung pagoda, France wine cellar, D'amour flower garden.

Have a lunch with buffet in Bana Hills

In the afternoon, free time to visit & play games at Fantasy Park, explore French Village, King Peak at an altitude 1.487m, and admire the stunning panoramic views of Bana & Da Nang.

Then return to Cable car & transfer back to your hotel in Da Nang.

Enjoy your dinner at the restaurant.

Overnight in Da Nang

Day 5: DA NANG – DEPARTURE (B)

Have a buffet breakfast at your hotel. Then check out hotel (check out time: 12:00).

Free at leisure until transfer to Da Nang airport for flight back to your country.

Children Policy

• Free of charge for children under 4 years old (under 1m), other expenses paid by parents
• Children from 5 to 10 years old (and height from 1m-1m4): 75% of adult price (sleeping with parents)
• Children over 10 years old are charged as adults
• Two adults bring 2 children, The 2nd child will be charged 100% adult price

Term and Condition

1. CONFIRMATION POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed with a minimum deposit of 30% of the total booking. Once the pre-payment has been verified, we will send you the confirmation email with the receipt your deposit attached in (PDF)

Booking confirmation is sent by Da Nang Open Tour under only the email address: booking@danangopentour.com. After receiving the confirmation email, you will be asked to complete a form which requires your group full name list, dates of birth, passport numbers with expiry dates, special requests if any (room location, room type i.e. twin/double, a particular facility at a hotel, list of foods you can not eat or have allergies with,…)

Seeking for supports, please contact with the PIC you have been dealing with if you don’t receive the email within 48 hours.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation by you must be initiated by telephone/ whatsapp to PIC (person in charge of) of Da Nang Open Tour OR by email to booking@danangopentour.com. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

For cancellation due to any case of force majeure (reasons and proof must be provided), we will examine the circumstance and level of damage to offer reasonable refunds.

For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by Da Nang Open Tour will determine the refund due as follows:

• If you cancel 30 days or more before the start of the tour: No cancellation fee. We will refund the amount paid less any non-recoverable upfront costs incurred by the PIC (person in charge of) on your behalf. These upfront costs represent out of pocket expenses of the PIC for tickets, transportation deposits and other non-recoverable tour expenses. Please send a message to the PIC to find out what, if any, these costs are.
• For example: Regarding to packages included airline tickets, we will study the case and issue refunds (which follows the cancellation of airline policy) for these expenses if any. Voucher of accomodations applied too…
• If you cancel 29 to 20 days before the start of the tour: 20% cancellation fee. If you have paid for your tour in full, we will issue a refund of 80%. If you paid only a deposit we will refund only the amount paid in excess of 20% of the tour price.
• If you cancel 19 to 8 days before the start of the tour: 50% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the tour: 100% cancellation fee.

3. MEDICAL PROBLEMS

For persons with pre-existing conditions including but not limited to: illness, diabetes, pregnancy, asthma, gastric reflux, cancer, heart problems, epilepsy, respiratory or mobility problems you should visit a doctor for a personal medical examination obtaining a medical clearance that certifies you as fully able to participate in the tour as described within the company literature specific to your tour or tailored arrangements prior to booking. You are responsible for assessing whether a Tour/Tailored arrangement are suitable for you. We will not and do not provide medical advice. It is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of the itinerary based on your own unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level and medical requirements.

4. PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS & HEALTH FORMALITIES

It is your responsibility to check and fulfill the passport, visa, health and immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. We can only provide general information about this. You must check requirements for your own specific circumstances with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates and your own doctor as applicable.
